The client came to us with a clear goal — batch and part traceability from supplier to customer. The hard part was old machines and new software speaking different languages.
Our approach
We started with a short discovery sprint to map the users, the data and the constraints, then moved into weekly cycles with working software in a shared workspace. Consulting, Development, Support and Product Research ran as one team, so research fed design and design fed engineering without handoffs.
The platform was built on Tracking, Audit and Reports, with automated tests and monitoring from the first release.
The result
Recall scope −90%. The product launched in 19 weeks and we stayed on for the releases that followed — fixing what users tripped over and doubling down on what they loved.
