The client came to us with a clear goal — orders, forecasts and quality documents shared with suppliers. The hard part was downtime that costs money every minute.
Our approach
We started with a short discovery sprint to map the users, the data and the constraints, then moved into weekly cycles with working software in a shared workspace. Consulting, Development, Support and Prototyping ran as one team, so research fed design and design fed engineering without handoffs.
The platform was built on Web, Integrations and RBAC, with automated tests and monitoring from the first release.
The result
300 suppliers. The product launched in 9 weeks and we stayed on for the releases that followed — fixing what users tripped over and doubling down on what they loved.
