The client came to us with a clear goal — finds energy waste across machines and shifts. The hard part was rugged devices and weak connectivity.
Our approach
We started with a short discovery sprint to map the users, the data and the constraints, then moved into weekly cycles with working software in a shared workspace. Consulting, Development, Support and Delivery ran as one team, so research fed design and design fed engineering without handoffs.
The platform was built on IoT, ML and Dashboards, with automated tests and monitoring from the first release.
The result
12% lower energy bill. The product launched in 16 weeks and we stayed on for the releases that followed — fixing what users tripped over and doubling down on what they loved.
