The challenge
The client came to us with a clear goal — automated bank reconciliation and cash forecasting for finance teams. The hard part was reconciliation that doesn’t need a spreadsheet.
Our approach
We started with a short discovery sprint to map the users, the data and the constraints, then moved into weekly cycles with working software in a shared workspace. Consulting, Development and Delivery ran as one team, so research fed design and design fed engineering without handoffs.
The platform was built on Banking APIs, Ledgers and Automation, with automated tests and monitoring from the first release.
The result
0 manual recon. The product launched in 21 weeks and we stayed on for the releases that followed — fixing what users tripped over and doubling down on what they loved.
