The challenge
The client came to us with a clear goal — a curated marketplace for vintage furniture with white-glove delivery. The hard part was trust and safety at scale.
Our approach
We started with a short discovery sprint to map the users, the data and the constraints, then moved into weekly cycles with working software in a shared workspace. Product Research, Development, Support and Prototyping ran as one team, so research fed design and design fed engineering without handoffs.
The platform was built on Search, Payments and Mobile, with automated tests and monitoring from the first release.
The result
€3M GMV. The product launched in 18 weeks and we stayed on for the releases that followed — fixing what users tripped over and doubling down on what they loved.
