The client came to us with a clear goal — flags suspicious claims for review without slowing honest ones. The hard part was legacy policy systems behind modern front ends.
Our approach
We started with a short discovery sprint to map the users, the data and the constraints, then moved into weekly cycles with working software in a shared workspace. Consulting, Development, Support and Product Research ran as one team, so research fed design and design fed engineering without handoffs.
The platform was built on ML, Alerts and Dashboards, with automated tests and monitoring from the first release.
The result
€3M fraud stopped. The product launched in 12 weeks and we stayed on for the releases that followed — fixing what users tripped over and doubling down on what they loved.
