The client came to us with a clear goal — a modern policy admin system replacing a 20-year-old platform. The hard part was fraud without adding friction for honest customers.
Our approach
We started with a short discovery sprint to map the users, the data and the constraints, then moved into weekly cycles with working software in a shared workspace. Consulting, Development, Support and Prototyping ran as one team, so research fed design and design fed engineering without handoffs.
The platform was built on Web, Integrations and Audit, with automated tests and monitoring from the first release.
The result
Legacy retired in 9 months. The product launched in 19 weeks and we stayed on for the releases that followed — fixing what users tripped over and doubling down on what they loved.
