The client came to us with a clear goal — cards, claims and doctor booking for health insurance members. The hard part was strict documentation and audit requirements.
Our approach
We started with a short discovery sprint to map the users, the data and the constraints, then moved into weekly cycles with working software in a shared workspace. Consulting, Development, Support and Delivery ran as one team, so research fed design and design fed engineering without handoffs.
The platform was built on Mobile, Integrations and Booking, with automated tests and monitoring from the first release.

4.7★ app rating. The product launched in 9 weeks and we stayed on for the releases that followed — fixing what users tripped over and doubling down on what they loved.
