The challenge
The client came to us with a clear goal — a live 3D view of the production line and its data. The hard part was old machines and new software speaking different languages.
Our approach
We started with a short discovery sprint to map the users, the data and the constraints, then moved into weekly cycles with working software in a shared workspace. Consulting, Development, Support and Product Research ran as one team, so research fed design and design fed engineering without handoffs.
The platform was built on IoT, Web and Charts, with automated tests and monitoring from the first release.
The result
Line changes planned 3× faster. The product launched in 10 weeks and we stayed on for the releases that followed — fixing what users tripped over and doubling down on what they loved.
