The client came to us with a clear goal — report near misses and incidents in seconds, with photos. The hard part was rugged devices and weak connectivity.
Our approach
We started with a short discovery sprint to map the users, the data and the constraints, then moved into weekly cycles with working software in a shared workspace. Consulting, Development, Support and Delivery ran as one team, so research fed design and design fed engineering without handoffs.
The platform was built on Mobile, Reports and Alerts, with automated tests and monitoring from the first release.
