The client came to us with a clear goal — clients find, interview and pay vetted freelancers in one place. The hard part was payments split across many parties.
Our approach
We started with a short discovery sprint to map the users, the data and the constraints, then moved into weekly cycles with working software in a shared workspace. Product Research, Development, Support and Delivery ran as one team, so research fed design and design fed engineering without handoffs.
The platform was built on Search, Payments and Video, with automated tests and monitoring from the first release.
The result
4k vetted freelancers. The product launched in 21 weeks and we stayed on for the releases that followed — fixing what users tripped over and doubling down on what they loved.
