The client came to us with a clear goal — real-time balances, payouts and reconciliation for merchants. The hard part was regulatory requirements across markets.
Our approach
We started with a short discovery sprint to map the users, the data and the constraints, then moved into weekly cycles with working software in a shared workspace. Consulting, Development and Product Research ran as one team, so research fed design and design fed engineering without handoffs.
The platform was built on Payments, Dashboards and Reports, with automated tests and monitoring from the first release.
The result
Daily payouts. The product launched in 14 weeks and we stayed on for the releases that followed — fixing what users tripped over and doubling down on what they loved.
