The client came to us with a clear goal — drone and field inspections of power lines with AI defect detection. The hard part was hardware partners with their own protocols.
Our approach
We started with a short discovery sprint to map the users, the data and the constraints, then moved into weekly cycles with working software in a shared workspace. Consulting, Development, Delivery and Support ran as one team, so research fed design and design fed engineering without handoffs.
The platform was built on Mobile, ML and Maps, with automated tests and monitoring from the first release.
The result
Inspections 4× faster. The product launched in 11 weeks and we stayed on for the releases that followed — fixing what users tripped over and doubling down on what they loved.
