The challenge
The client came to us with a clear goal — surveys, quotes and installation jobs for heat pump installers. The hard part was regulations that change by country.
Our approach
We started with a short discovery sprint to map the users, the data and the constraints, then moved into weekly cycles with working software in a shared workspace. Consulting, Development, Delivery and Prototyping ran as one team, so research fed design and design fed engineering without handoffs.
The platform was built on Mobile, Calendars and Workflow, with automated tests and monitoring from the first release.
The result
2,500 installs a year. The product launched in 8 weeks and we stayed on for the releases that followed — fixing what users tripped over and doubling down on what they loved.
